The platform centers on your Career Record: a place to organize your experience, achievements, and skills. It supports resume development, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, executive bios, interview story building and preparation, career reflection, and work-life balance.

Your plan determines which tools and AI usage are included. Personal coaching and team training are arranged separately.

Development areas include leadership, public speaking, creative thinking, writing, messaging, storytelling, presentations, AI skills, and other technology skills relevant to your work.

Through coaching and training, we connect those skills to situations you face: presenting an idea, leading a team, communicating through change, or using a new tool effectively. The focus is agreed around your goals.

Yes. Make Me Pro works with organizations on career and leadership development and practical skills training. We start with the capabilities your people need and the work they need to apply them to.

Keep adding to your record as you grow. The AI helps you draft and reflect; always check its suggestions for accuracy and fit before using them.

Coaching with Dom is $700 per engagement, typically around three to four weeks. We agree on the primary goal, cadence and payment terms after the call. I'll coach you and do useful hands-on work between sessions, such as improving your resume, developing interview stories or preparing leadership material. We focus on progress rather than billing separately for each document.

You don't need to maintain a career record or sign up for an app subscription. Any further engagement is by mutual agreement, not automatic renewal.

Discovery calls and coaching sessions are primarily evenings and weekends. Choose an available appointment in the booking calendar for your free 30-minute discovery call.

An app subscription gives you access to the self-service tools and usage included in your plan. Coaching provides personal guidance from Dom, and organizational training supports the development goals of a team.

Coaching is a separately agreed $700 engagement, typically lasting three to four weeks, with hands-on support included in the focus. Training programs have separately agreed scope, scheduling, fees, and terms. You can use the app on its own or discuss an engagement with Dom based on the support you need.

Yes. You can cancel your app subscription at any time, no questions asked. Open your subscription and choose Manage subscription to stop future renewals. If you need help, email dom@makemepro.org from the email address associated with your account.
