PRIVACY & YOUR DATA

Your career.
Your information.

Here’s how information is handled in the Make Me Pro public beta, and how to ask us to change or remove it.

What we collect and why

We use your account identifier to keep your workspace separate from other accounts. We save information you choose to add, including uploaded resumes, career records, messages, drafts, saved versions, interview notes and optional headshots. This lets you return to your work and use the career tools.

We also keep invitation and coaching-permission records, AI action counts and estimated provider costs to manage access, prevent misuse and enforce beta limits. If you send feedback or a privacy request, we store your message, its type, an account reference and any reply email you provide.

Who processes your information

These providers may process information outside your location under their own terms and data practices. Avoid uploading passwords, government identification, medical information or confidential material you are not authorized to share.

Access and sharing

Your saved career work is not published by creating an account. Coach access requires a separate permission flow; a beta invitation does not share your record with a coach. You can manage coaching connections in your workspace.

Make Me Pro LLC operates this platform and may access information as needed to provide support, handle requests and maintain the service. Feedback is visible to authorized administrators in a private inbox. The beta dashboard shows aggregate activity and costs without displaying resume text. We do not sell your career information or use it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and activity information

Authentication uses cookies, and the app uses browser storage for interface preferences. We use PostHog for basic website analytics so we can understand traffic, referral sources, popular pages and whether people use key calls to action. We also keep a first-party aggregate traffic report for authorized administrators. That report uses a random anonymous browser identifier to count visitors and stores aggregate page, source and approximate location totals; it does not store IP addresses or connect the identifier to career content. The analytics configuration records pageviews and page exits and a small set of explicit events such as opening the app, starting sign-up, viewing pricing, booking a discovery call, or joining the newsletter. It does not use session replay or automatic click/form capture, and it does not send resume text, career records, uploaded files or form contents to PostHog.

We also count selected authenticated operations, such as AI requests and document exports, to understand usage and failures. Those operational counters contain a date, operation type and response code, without resume content, full URLs or account identifiers. Daily operational counters are retained for up to 90 days and removed during subsequent activity.

Account-linked AI usage and cost records are separate from these counters. Hosting, analytics and authentication providers may also maintain their own technical and security logs. We do not add advertising trackers or session replay.

Access, correction and deletion

You can edit your career record and download supported documents in your workspace. To request a copy of other account information, correct something you cannot edit, or delete your account and saved data, use Feedback & help in your workspace and choose Privacy or data access or Delete my account and data.

You can also email Make Me Pro LLC with a data request, preferably from your sign-in email. Include what you want removed or provided. Do not send a password, verification code or a copy of your identification.

Requests are reviewed manually. We verify account ownership and clarify the scope before deletion. Sending a request, or seeing it marked reviewed, does not mean your account has been deleted. We will confirm the outcome separately. If you want a reply by email, include a reply address.

Saved work currently stays available until removed through a verified request; trial expiry does not erase it. Removing a sign-in account alone should not be treated as confirmation that application data is gone. Deletion needs to cover saved work and uploaded files as well as the sign-in account. Limited security or request records, provider logs and backups may remain where needed or under provider retention schedules. We will explain any applicable exceptions when responding. Copies you or an authorized collaborator already downloaded cannot be recalled.
